Returns & Refunds Policy

At Avari Store, we're committed to providing premium products and ensuring you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Free from damage caused after delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide you with instructions on where to send your item.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to resolve the problem.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalised jewellery
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still meet all return conditions (unworn, unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).
